170 ml warm water
For the tomato sauce:
1 small tomato, cut into 4 pieces

10 leaves of fresh basil
For the toppings:
7-8 sun-dried tomatoes, cut into small pieces

a few fresh spinach leaves, finely chopped
1. Put the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, mix them and when the dough is ready transfer it to a floured workbench.
2. Knead the dough well for about 5 minutes. If sticks, we add a little more flour on the workbench.
3. Put the dough in a bowl, cover and let the dough rest and rise for 2 hours.
4. After 2 hours, we transfer the dough to a floured workbench and we open it with a rolling pin in a rectangular shape. Place the pizza in a pan lined with greaseproof paper.
5. In a small bowl, put the ingredients for the tomato sauce and mash them with a hand blender.
6. Spread the sauce on the base of the pizza. Place the chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top and sprinkle the pizza with the grated cheese. Leave the pizza dough for 20 minutes to rise again.
7. Preheat your oven to 200 °C and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. When the pizza is ready, place it on a cutting board, sprinkle with spinach leaves and cut into pieces with a large knife.
