For 2 portions:
2 pork steaks 2-3 cm each, with the bone
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
30 gr. BBQ sauce
¼ teaspoon of boukovo
1 tablespoon olive oil
To serve:
Rice
Fresh thyme leaves
Rosemary sticks
1. Put the steaks on a plate, add salt and pepper. Spread the BBQ sauce with the kitchen brush. Sprinkle with a little boukovo. If we have the time, marinate the steaks for 3 hours, putting them covered in the fridge.
2. Heat our double grill over medium heat. Put a little olive oil on one side of the grill. Place the steaks on the grill and close it. Cook over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes. Turn the closed grill carefully and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
3. Turn the grill over. Unlock and cook for another 1-2 minutes, turning until the steaks have a nice color.
4. Serve our steaks with rice, rosemary sprigs and thyme leaves.
