Non-stick rectangular IMPERIAL aluminium roaster with stone coating
The roaster is made of carbon steel, which ensures uniform heat distribution and, thus, better cooking results. The non-stick stone coating allows easy removal of food as well as easy cleaning of the roaster after use.
- Before the first use wash the pan with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
- Coat the inside surface of the pan with oil or butter before each use.
- Do not overheat the pan when it is empty.
- Low or medium heat is sufficient for obtaining the best cooking results. Maximum temperature must not exceed 230οC.
- Do not fill the pan more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflow.
- Leave the pan to cool first and then wash it with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
- Prefer to use wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for longer life of the non-stick coating.
- Never cut food into the pan using sharp tools.
- The use of baking paper will extend the life of the pan and the non-stick coating.
- Prefer hand washing to ensure longer life of the pan.
- Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.
- The non-stick coating is in compliance with food contact regulations.
