Return Policy


Return - Product Replacement

You have the right to return the products you purchased and / or request their replacement, within fourteen (14) calendar days, either because you encountered a problem with the ordering process or found a problem with a product, or because you changed your mind.

Conditions for cases of problem with the order process or the product itself.

In all cases that with proven fault of Navaideas:

a) wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during the transport).

b) there was a problem / actual defect in the product (operation or quality) covered by the product warranty.

The product to be returned - replaced must be accompanied by the documents that accompanied the product (retail receipt etc.), be in the condition received by the customer and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (to agree with IMEI).

Conditions for cases of change of opinion.

In case you change your mind and wish to return the products you purchased from Navaideas, the products should:

a) have not been used,

b) be in the condition received, complete and undamaged;

c) their packaging is the one that normally accompanies them (agreed by IMEI) and

d) to be in excellent condition, together with all the documents that accompanied them during delivery (retail receipt etc.)

Ways of Return – Replacement

If the product you ordered is defective or you received it broken you can send it back within 14 days from the date of receipt, packaged in its packaging, and we can replace it for you. The shipping cost is borne entirely by Navaideas as well as the shipping of the new product.

In case your product has been given as a gift and you would like to return it, contact us by e-mail at: orders@navaideas.com or by phone at +30 2317 00 5678, to organize the return and shipping of the new product. In this case the cost of return and shipping of the new product is borne by the customer.

Money Back in Product Returns

In case of return of products, the refund is made in one of the following ways:

-) by canceling your credit card charge or

-) with a refund by deposit in a bank account.

Terms relating to all the above cases

In any case of the above, any return and / or replacement must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase and please be sure to contact us before the return of any product or by phone at +30 2317 00 5678, or via e-mail at: orders@navaideas.com. Also, at the time of delivery of your order, the condition and the integrity of the product packaging should be checked in order to identify any obvious defects, such as incorrect product shipment, broken product etc.

In the event of repeated refunds or in the event that NAVA realizes, in its sole discretion, that the customer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith, it has every right to refuse customer service.

Finally, NAVA reserves the right to abolish or modify its return policy, at any time, by posting the relevant new terms and conditions on Navaideas.
