The enamel roaster is the ideal type of cookware for cooking in the oven.
Enamel is a material that heats up quickly and cools down slowly, keeping cooked food warm for a longer period. Ensures even heat distribution during baking. Shows great resistance to scratches and high temperatures, is lightweight, easy to carry and clean.
Dishwasher safe.
PTFE and PFOA free.
- Before the first use wash the pans with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
- Coat the inside surface of the pans with oil or butter before each use.
- Do not overheat the pans when are empty.
- Low or medium heat is sufficient for obtaining the best cooking results. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 230oC.
- Do not fill the pans to more than 2/3 of their capacity in order to prevent overflow.
- Allow the pans to cool down and then wash them with soapy warm water and soft sponge.
- Use wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for longer life of the non-stick coating.
- Never cut food into the pans using sharp tools.
- Do not use acidic ingredients (e.g. tomato sauce, citrus juice).
- Avoid ingredients that may stain the pans, such as saffron, turmeric, etc. In any case the color stains caused by the aforementioned or similar ingredients cannot be considered defects, as do not cause any impact on the quality of the pans and do not produce any toxic or other dangerous substances for the human body.
- The use of baking paper will extend the life of the pans and of the non-stick coating.
- Prefer handwashing to ensure longer life of the pans.
- Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.
- The non-stick coating is in compliance with materials coming in contact with food.
