Non-stick spring form TERRESTRIAL with granite  coating

The form is made of carbon steel which ensures uniform heat distribution in the pan for better cooking results. The non-stick granite coating, in combination with the detachable mechanism, ensures the easy removal of the cake, as well as the easy cleaning of the pan after use. The form disposes two detachable bases, giving you the options to bake cake, sponge cake base, cheesecake, apple pie and other savoury pies depending on your preference.

-Before the first use wash the roaster with soapy warm water and soft sponge.

-Coat the inside surface of the roaster with oil or butter before each use.

-Do not overheat the roaster when it is empty.

-Low or medium heat is sufficient for obtaining the best cooking results. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230oC.

-Do not fill the pan to more than 2/3 of its capacity in order to prevent overflow.

-Let the roaster to cool down and then wash it with soapy warm water and soft sponge.

-Use only wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for longer life of the non-stick coating.

-Never cut food into the roaster using sharp tools.

-The use of baking paper will extend the life of the roaster and of the non-stick coating.

-Prefer hand washing to ensure longer life of the roaster.

-Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.

-The non-stick coating is in compliance with materials coming in contact with food.
