Instructions for use

- Before the first use, wash the product with soapy warm water and a soft sponge.

- After each use, wash and dry well with a dry cloth.

- Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.

- Prefer hand washing to ensure longer life of the product.

- Made in compliance with European food contact regulations.


- Hold the knife at an angle of about 20-25 degrees to the sharpener.

- Pull the blade alternately from left to right along the entire length of the sharpener.

- Move the knife blade to the surface of the blade and not the opposite (ie the sharpener on the blade).

- Sharpen gently from one end of the blade to the other, without pressing the knife on the sharpener.

- Always keep your thumb tucked under the protective stop of the handle to avoid possible injury.

- For even smoothing, make sure that the number of sharpeners is the same on both sides (indicatively 4-5 times on each side is enough).

- To avoid damage to your knife, you should sharpen it with the minimum possible passes.

- Proper and regular cleaning of the sharpener is essential, not only to keep it sterile but also to keep it fully functional for a longer period of time.

- Caution! Improper cleaning can cause rust and corrosion on the sharpener, which will gradually move from the surface inside.

- Prefer a mild alkaline cleaner.

- After each wash, dry with a soft cloth or kitchen paper.

- Store in a dry place.
