60 gr. coconut
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
70 gr. dark chocolate drops
1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C
2. In a large bowl, mix together the melted bananas, the margarine flora, the honey, the eggs and the vanilla until smooth. Add the flour, the coconut, the baking powder, the cinnamon, the salt and mix. Then, add the chocolate pieces.
3. Put the mixture in the cake mould. Bake for 50 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and let cool for 15 minutes before cutting. Alternatively, we can eat it hot with a little peanut butter and honey.
This cake can be kept in the fridge for 3-5 days.
