170 gr. caramel chocolate couverture, cut into pieces
100 gr. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
50 gr. cream cheese
2 eggs
100 gr. sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
200 gr. flour for all purposes
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
30 hazelnuts
1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Place oil paste in a pan.
2. Pour the chocolate in the bucket of the mixer and beat until it crumbles.
3. Add the butter, the cream cheese, the sugar, the eggs, the vanilla, the flour, the cocoa, the salt and the baking powder and beat for 1 minute until the ingredients are homogeneous.
4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and knead the hazelnuts. Shape the dough into 55 gr balls each.
5. Place sparsely in the pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy them hot!
