- 150 gr. red beans
- 450 gr. grated cheddar
- 2 tomatoes in cubes
- 5-6 green onions
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper
-1 pinch of sugar
- 500 gr. chicken leg cut into strips
- 150 gr. tomato juice
- 1 pack of nachos
- Yogurt to serve
1. In a pan add 2-3 tablespoons oil and fry the chicken on both sides.
2. Cut finely the onions, half the jalapeno pepper and the tomatoes. Add them to the pan and fill with the tomato juice.
3. Add salt, pepper and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Put 1 pinch of sugar and half the amount of grated cheddar.
4. In a pan, place half the nachos, the cheddar, the red beans and the chicken. Continue in the same way until our mixture is finished.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 190o for 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve with spring onion, jalapeno pepper and yogurt.
