- 400 gr couverture
- 250 gr butter
- 100 gr flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbs cocoa
- 6 gr of coffee
- 100 gr chocolate drops
- 3 tbs oil
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- Two vanillas
- A little salt
- 400 ml sour cream
Finely chop the couverture.
Melt it together with the butter.
Alternatively, melt the butter and add the couverture (leave to cool for 10 minutes).
Beat the eggs with the sugar, coffee, vanilla and oil.
Combine the two mixtures and sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Add a little salt and stir with gentle movements.
Spread the mixture in a "Nature" pan with a non-stick stone coating.
Add the chocolate drops and bake at 170 degrees C for about 20 minutes.
Whip the cold cream in whipped cream.
In a pumpkin or orange that you have opened and cleaned, make a layer with whipped cream.
Place pieces of cold brownies and cover with whipped cream.
Decorate with colorful truffle, chocolate flakes and syrup of your choice.
