For silicone moulds:
50 gr. melted butter
Cocoa powder
For the fondant:
200 gr. Nestlé chocolate, milk couverture, cut into small pieces
200 gr. butter in small pieces
200 gr. sugar
5 eggs
200 gr. flour for all uses
Vanilla ice cream to serve
1. First we prepare the moulds from silicone. With a brush put the melted butter inside them. Then sprinkle cocoa powder inside each mould. Place the moulds in a pan.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate carefully using a silicone spatula. Add the butter and mix. Remove from the heat and mix until the mixture is melted and uniform.
3. In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar. Add the flour to the eggs and then beat again.
4. Put the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Beat well. Place the fondant in a jug and then distribute the mixture in the moulds.
