50 gr. grated cheese
½ cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
80 gr. ground toast

1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and spread olive oil in a baking tray.
2. Place the chicken on a cutting board and cover it with a little plastic wrap. Beat the chicken with a kitchen hammer to make it thinner. Season the fillet with salt and pepper.
3. Spread each piece of chicken with 2 ½ slices of ham, grated cheese and basil leaves. Wrap the chicken and place the side of the joint down.
4. Put the egg into a shallow bowl. In another bowl put the ground toast, a pinch of boukovo, salt and pepper.
5. Dip the one piece of the chicken in the egg and then put it in the plate with the ground toast. Put in the pan with the joint down and repeat the same procedure with the rest of the chicken.
