- 1½ kg potatoes
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- chicken broth or water
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 6 chopped pickles
- 2 fresh onions, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1 lemon (its juice)
- salt
- pepper
Wash the potatoes very well and place them in a casserole with cold water. The water should cover the potatoes well.
Add a little salt to the casserole and cook for 30-40 minutes from the time the water boils, until they soften (pierce with a fork to check if they soften).
Drain the potatoes and cool them with cold, running water. Peel them and cut them into cubes.
In a bowl, prepare a mixture with the rest of the ingredients, mixing everything together. In the same bowl add the potatoes, after they cool completely and mix well.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about half an hour and then serve.
