First, prepare the minced meat. Put it in a large bowl, add salt, pepper, tomato, olive oil, paprika and mix. Knead with quick movements and shape the burgers.
Let the grill pan burn well. Spread a little butter on the grill pan and place the burgers. Bake for 4-7 minutes on each side depending on the degree of baking you prefer. Turn the burgers on the other side and put the bacon in the pan. Put the buns on top of the bacon, and the onion between the burgers to caramelize.
When the burgers are ready, melt the cheddar cheese. Turn off the heat and leave the burgers for a few minutes until served.
Serve with mayonnaise, mustard, tomato slices and caramelized onions.
