400 gr. cream 35%, frozen
400 gr. condensed milk
250 gr. cream cheese
40 cookies of your choice
100 gr. nuts of your choice
2-3 tablespoons dulce de leche or hazelnut praline
To serve:
200 gr. dark chocolate, melted
200 gr. white chocolate, melted
Chocolate truffles
1. In the bowl of the mixer, beat the frozen cream so as to reach the texture of yogurt.
2. Add the cream cheese and the condensed milk. Beat for another minute.
3. In a rectangular pan, spread a wrapping film and then cover the base of the pan with cookies.
4. Add nuts to the mixture and mix gently.
5. Put the mixture into the pan on the cookies and add the dulce de leche in various places using a spoon.
6. Then, put on the mixture the rest of the cookies and cover well with the wrapping film.
7. Let the ice cream frozen in the fridge overnight and then unmold it and cut it into pieces.
8. Decorate the sandwiches with melted dark chocolate, white chocolate and chocolate truffles.
