200 gr. flour for all purposes
100 gr. powdered sugar
100 gr. butter, cut into pieces
1 egg, lightly beaten
80 gr. cranberry and blueberry jam
a little powdered sugar to sprinkle
1. Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Add the flour, the sugar, the butter and the egg to the mixer bucket. Beat together until the mixture forms into a ball of dough.
2. Flour our hands and shape the dough into a tube about 5 cm in diameter. Cut into slices 2 cm thick and place them thinly in a large pan lined with greaseproof paper.
3. Make a small indentation in the middle of each cookie with your finger and pour a spoonful of jam in the center. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cookies are slightly puffed and turn reddish. Put on the grill to cool.
4. Sprinkle with a little powered sugar -if you want- and serve.
