Info
180 gr. butter
270 gr. chocolate couverture, cut into small pieces
250 gr. sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 lightly beaten eggs
120 gr. flour
110 gr. sour cream
1 packet of raspberry jam
75 gr. white chocolate chips
1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and put a piece of baking paper in a baking tray.
2. Melt the chocolate and the butter carefully in a saucepan over high heat to make a uniform mixture. Put the sugar, the vanilla, the eggs, the flour, the sour cream in the pot and mix well until combined. Put the mixture in the pan.
3. Add the jam, the chocolate pieces to the mixture and mix gently with a spoon.
4. Put the pan in the oven and bake strictly for 20 minutes. If it still looks raw when you take the brownie mixture out of the oven, do not worry, when it cools it will be perfect. After the mixture cools well, wrap with a piece of wrapping film and put it in the fridge to freeze for 3 hours.
5. When it freezes well, remove the pan from the refrigerator. Place the brownies on a cutting board and carefully cut them into pieces. Keep them sealed in the refrigerator.
