250 gr. fresh or frozen blueberries
350 gr. yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or other sweetener
To make frozen yogurt sticks, you will need individual ice cream cases. Alternatively, you can use disposable glasses and ice cream sticks.
The fruits which you can add are blueberries for the purple color, strawberries for the pink color, blueberries for the red color and mango for the yellow color.
In general, you can add any fruit you want.
The fruit which you will use can be frozen and in this way the ice cream will freeze quickly.
For a more intense color and flavor of the fruit frozen yogurt, you can boil the fruits for a while to become like a jam.
But if you don't have time you can put fresh fruit in frozen yogurt.
To make the taste of frozen yogurt sticks more intense, we must heat the fruit that we will use. So the taste of the frozen yogurt and the color of the ice cream will be more intense.
Obviously you can put the fruit without heating it, just grind it in the blender, but the color and flavor of the fruit will not be intense.
For the frozen yogurt sticks:
Put the blueberries in a pan over medium heat. Press them with a spoon or a fork to extract their juices.
Do not dissolve the fruits completely.
Add honey.
The whole process takes only 6-7 '.
Once they change colour and become deep purple, take them off and let them cool completely.
Put the yogurt in a bowl and put 1-2 tablespoons of water or milk to dilute the yogurt and make it more fluid.
Add the cold blueberries to the diluted yogurt and mix gently.
If you want the ice cream sticks to have two colours, don't mix the ice cream for a long time.
If you mix for a long time, all the ice creams will become total purple.
Put the frozen yogurt in the ice cream cases and put the sticks.
Place the ice cream sticks in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
To remove the blueberry frozen yogurt from the cases, simply dip the cases in hot water for a while.
