1/2 white cabbage
1 medium carrot
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
200 gr. mayonnaise
60 gr. sweet chili
2-3 spring onions
Baby rocket salad to serve
1. We start by wrapping the shrimp with kataifi.
2. In a bowl, grate the cabbage, the carrot and add apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
3. Fry the shrimp in a saucepan until they get a golden color.
4. At the same time, bake the buns in the oven, at 180 degrees, for about 5 minutes.
5. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the sweet chili. Then, spread it on the buns.
6. Fill the buns with the shrimp and the cabbage-carrot salad.
7. Serve with chopped spring onion and baby rocket salad.
