500 gr. skinless and boneless chicken breast, cut into pieces
50 gr. olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon chopped onion
½ teaspoon garlic, melted
1 pinch of bukovo
Salt and pepper
1 zucchini, sliced
50 gr. crushed feta
2 pies for skewers, hot
100 gr. yoghurt
80 gr. cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Salads for serving
1. In a bowl, mix the chicken, the olive oil, the paprika, the oregano, the onion, the garlic, the boukovo and a large pinch of salt. Marinate for 15 minutes or from the night before in the fridge, if you have the time.
2. Place a cast iron pan over medium to high heat. Cook the chicken and the zucchini for about 10-12 minutes until they cooked, turning occasionally during cooking. Remove the chicken and the zucchini from the pan. Take 4 chisels for skewers and pass the chicken pieces and the zucchini alternately.
3. To serve, spread the yogurt on the hot pie. Add the salads, the tomatoes and the feta. Finish with the chicken skewers on top.
