For 2 portions:
200 gr. noodles of wheat
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
2 tablespoons οyster sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons sweet soya sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 clove garlic
10 gr. ginger
1/2 carrot
100 gr. broccoli
1/2 green pepper
1/2 florin pepper
2 spring onions
150 gr. chinese cabbage
200 gr. beef ribeye
Salt and pepper
To serve:
Coriander
Lime
1) In a saucepan with boiling water, add the noodles and boil them for about 6 minutes.
2) Cut the beef and the vegetables into thin slices.
3) In a wok with oil, over high heat, firstly put the beef to cook and gradually the garlic, the ginger, the spring onions, the peppers, the carrot, the broccoli, salt and pepper. Mix them and after a while add the sweet chili sauce, the ouster sauce, the sweet soya sauce. At the end put in the wok the cabbage, the sesame and the sesame oil.
4) Serve with coriander and lime.
