250 gr. whole-grain spaghetti
1 tablespoon garlic melted
30 gr. olive oil
¼ teaspoon chili flakes
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
grated parmesan
1. Take a large pot of spaghetti with lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti in the boiling water following the packaging instructions.
2. Pour the olive oil and garlic in a wok pan. Cook over medium heat to cook the garlic slowly, about 10 minutes. Lower the temperature to medium to low and add the red pepper flakes, the salt and the pepper. Remove the wok from the heat.
3. When the spaghetti is ready, mix it in the olive oil and garlic. Sprinkle with parsley and parmesan cheese. Mix and serve in a bowl with more parmesan, if desired.
