8-10 medium shrimp
2 spring onions
1/2 chili pepper
1 fresh garlic
50 gr. olive oil
2-3 tablespoons sweet chilli
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 bunch parsley
Sesame seeds
Zest and juice from 1/2 lime
20-30 gr. hot water
1. In a pan, on the fire, add olive oil. Dry the cleaned shrimp on non-stick paper. Add the shrimp to the pan, add salt and cook for about 1-2 minutes on both sides. Remove them from the pan.
2. In the same pan, sauté in olive oil 2 spring onions, a chili pepper and half a fresh garlic. Add the sweet chili, the soy sauce, 20 ml of water and boil for 1 minute.
3. Add the cooked shrimp to the pan again and cook for another minute. When they are ready, put in the pan chopped parsley or coriander, sesame seeds, zest and juice of lime. We may need to add a little water to the sauce.
4. Serve with sesame seeds and lime slices.
