For the tortilla trend:
1 large tortilla pie
1 tomato
1 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons frozen corn
2 slices of havarti cheese
2 tablespoons grated mozzarella
1 tablespoon mustard
2 slices of turkey
A little butter for baking

Cut the tomato into slices and dry it on absorbent paper.
Peel and mash the avocado with a fork.
We open the tortilla pie on the working surface.
Cut half a radius to the center of the pie to make triangles.
Spread the tortilla pie with soft mustard all over the surface.
Put the avocado in the 1º quarter of the pie.
In 2º we put dry tomato slices.
In the 3º quarter of the pie we put slices of cheese and turkey slices.
In the 4º and last piece we put mozzarella and corn.
Fold the tortilla into triangles starting from the left. Be careful not to get out the filling ingredients.
Spread the tortilla with a little soft butter and bake for a few minutes in a non-stick pan or toaster until it becomes crispy on the outside and the cheese melts.
When we bake it, we press lightly with a spatula so that it is crispy on the outside.
Serve the tortilla hot with green salad and extra mustard.
