800 gr. vegetable milk
150 gr. sugar
35 gr. cocoa
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
90 gr. corn flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
30 gr. peanut butter
To serve:
chopped dark chocolate
chopped salted peanuts
1. In a wok, add the milk, the sugar, the cocoa, the corn flour, the salt and mix with a whisk.
2. Place the wok on high heat and stir with a whisk, letting the cream simmer. Whisk until the cream thickens well.
3. Remove the wok from the heat and add the peanut butter.
4. Distribute the cream in your favorite bowls or glasses. Cover the surface with plastic wrap, leave to cool and put in the fridge to freeze well, for at least 2 hours.
5. To serve, remove the plastic wrap and decorate with chocolate zest and chopped peanuts.
