Flowers from 1 large broccoli, cut into pieces
1/2 cup (15-20) fresh basil leaves
50 gr grated parmesan cheese
50 gr olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 pinch of chili flakes
300 gr whole wheat spaghetti
10 gr salted butter
1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
150 gr chopped anari
1. In the bowl of mixer, add the broccoli, the basil, the parmesan, the olive oil, the chili flakes, salt, pepper and beat them well.
2. Boil salted water in a pasta pot. Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions.
3. Meanwhile, in a wok, heat the butter over high heat. Add the onion and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add the broccoli pesto and the lemon juice. Add a little water from the pasta to dilute the sauce.
4. With pasta tongs, take the pasta from the pot and add it in the pan with the pesto. Stir well. If needed, add extra pasta water in the pan. Finally, add the anari in the spaghetti.
5. Serve in a bowl.
