1 1/2 kg of pork from a leg cut into portions

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and brown the portions of meat on all sides for 6-7 minutes.
Quench with the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
Add a glass of water and cover the pot.
Lower the heat and simmer for 45΄, until the pork wine is almost ready.
Then, add the leeks in pieces, the tomatoes and the celery.
Add salt and pepper.
Continue cooking the food for about half an hour, until the pork is well softened and left with a little but honeyed sauce.
