350 gr. strawberries
150 gr. peach in pieces
200 gr. strawberry jelly
200 gr. boiling water
1 kg strained yogurt, frozen, whole
350 gr. cream 35%, frozen
100 gr. granulated sugar
100 gr. chocolate drops
80 gr. hazel
To serve:
200 gr. dark chocolate melted
100 gr. strawberries
50 gr. hazel

1. Add the yogurt and sugar to the bowl of the mixer and beat for 1-2 minutes until fluffy. Then add the iced cream and beat again for 2-3 minutes.
2. In a bowl add the strawberry jelly and the boiling water. Mix well and leave it for a while to cool. When it is ready, gradually add it to the bucket of the mixer to combine with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Cut the strawberries, the peach and the hazelnuts into pieces and add them to our mixture. Add the chocolate drops and mix gently with a fork.
4. Spread plastic wrap on a removable cake pan so that the bottom is well covered. Put all the mixture in the pan and cover it well with the plastic wrap. Leave it in the fridge to freeze for 5-6 hours.
5. Serve the yogurt dessert with pieces of strawberry, chopped hazelnuts and melted dark chocolate.
