For one more year we cooked together with the beloved Eleni Psychouli at this year's Kids Fun Festival, the ultimate festival for the whole family. NAVA was a Major Sponsor of an event that aimed to support the aims of the Greek Children's Village in Filiro.
During the festival,
Eleni Psychouli shared with the audience recipes and dishes, which
she created using the NAVA Taurus and NAVA Nature cookware. With her
expertise in traditional as well as modern Greek cuisine, Eleni
Psychouli showed us how we can cook delicious and healthy meals using

Below you will find a summer recipe inspired by the creations of the beloved E. Psychouli at the Kids Fun Festival!
Quinoa Salad with Vegetables and Feta
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
2 cups of water
1 cucumber, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 fresh onion
1 red pepper, diced
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Implementation:
In a non-stick pan, saute spring onion and then add the quinoa and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the water is absorbed. In a large bowl, mix the quinoa with the vegetables and the feta cheese.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and mix well. Leave the salad in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to bond.
