The baking tray is essential in pastry making, but also in cooking, as it is ideal for baking biscuits, cookies, sponge cake, bread and other savories.  It is also suitable for baking pizza or small portions of food, such as vegetables or shrimp, or even for reheating a meal in the oven.

Made of carbon steel, ensures even heat distribution in the pan for better results. The non-stick stone coating guarantees easy removal of food, as well as easy cleaning after use.

Available in 3 different dimensions to choose the right size, depending on your needs.

-Before the first use, wash the product with soapy warm water and a soft sponge.

-Coat the inside surface of the product with oil or butter before each use.

-Do not overheat the pan when it is empty.

-Low or medium heat is sufficient for obtaining the best cooking results. Maximum temperature must not exceed 230οC.

-Leave the product to cool first and then wash it with soapy warm water and soft sponge.

-Prefer to use wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils for longer life of the non-stick coating.

-Never cut food into the pan using sharp tools.

-Do not use acidic foods (eg tomato juice, citrus juice).

-The use of baking paper will extend the life of the pan and the non-stick coating.

-Prefer hand washing to ensure longer life of the product.

-Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.

-The non-stick coating is in compliance with food contact regulations.
