500 gr. Brussels sprouts, cut in half
20 gr. olive oil
2 large onions cut into thin slices
1 teaspoon thyme

For the mustard and honey sauce:
30 gr. salted butter
50 gr. honey
40 gr. Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2. Place the Brussels sprouts and onions in the pan and pour with oil, thyme, salt and pepper over them.
3. Put the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
4. At the same time, make the sauce. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix with the honey, the mustard, the lemon, the pepper, the chili, the paprika, the salt and the pepper.
