- Divide the pastry into pieces forming small balls and place them on the baking surface or in your baking pan.

- Lightly flour the surface of the stamp or use a brush and apply some olive oil so that the pastry does not stick to the surface of the stamp.

- Press the stamp on the surface of each ball until it acquires the shape of a cookie and to appear the message of the stamp.

- Bake the cookies as usual.

-Before the first use, wash the product with soapy warm water and a soft sponge.

-After each use, wash and dry well with a dry cloth.

-Do not use metal sponges, wire or harsh cleaners.
